Title Deed Transfer
Getting a Cyprus title deed formally transferred at the Land Registry — for a sale, gift, or transfer between family.
Typical appointment: 45 min
Once a title deed already exists and both sides agree on the transaction, the transfer itself is an administrative step at the District Lands Office, not a negotiation — this is the service for that step on its own, distinct from a full purchase or a pre-purchase check.
Both parties, or their representatives under power of attorney, attend with a Land Registry search and tax clearances in hand and sign. We prepare the certificates, book the appointment, and stand in for you under power of attorney if you can't be in Cyprus for signing.
