Apostille & Certified Translation
Getting your foreign documents apostilled and sworn-translated so Cyprus authorities accept them.
Typical appointment: 30 min
An apostille and a translation are two separate steps, in a fixed order, and mixing them up is the most common way to lose weeks on a file that was otherwise ready. The original document gets apostilled first — at the Ministry of Justice for Cyprus-issued documents, or by the equivalent authority in the country that issued it — and only then gets translated. A translation can't be apostilled on its own, and it doesn't substitute for apostilling the original.
We handle the Cyprus side directly, guide you through getting an apostille abroad when a document was issued outside Cyprus, and arrange the certified translation once the apostille is in place.
