Registering as a Company of Foreign Interest
Business Facilitation Unit registration so your Cyprus company can sponsor non-EU staff on fast-track permits.
Typical appointment: 45 min
A Cyprus company can hire non-EU staff without the usual labour market test or staff quota, but only once it's registered with the Business Facilitation Unit as a company of foreign interest — majority foreign ownership, or foreign investment of at least €200,000, or one of a handful of qualifying sectors.
We check whether your company already qualifies, prepare the registration file, and carry it through the Business Facilitation Unit — so hiring the staff you actually need doesn't wait on a status you haven't registered yet.
